2. Applicable legal frameworks
These Terms comply with Book 6 of the Dutch Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in the Netherlands, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) where relevant to intermediary services. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
3. Product information
Floravelle is a food supplement, not a medicinal product. Descriptions on kheflaxxnroz.world summarise typical composition and suggested use. The label affixed to the product and any enclosed leaflet prevail if there is a discrepancy. Images are illustrative; packaging artwork may change while formulation remains equivalent unless we notify you.
4. Eligibility to order
By submitting an order form you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you order on behalf of a company, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.
5. Offer, acceptance, and contract formation
Product presentation constitutes an invitation to treat. Your completed order form is an offer. We may accept it by sending an order confirmation email or by dispatching the goods, whichever occurs first. We may decline offers for legitimate reasons such as stock unavailability, suspected fraud, export restrictions, or obvious pricing errors. If we decline after payment authorisation, we refund without undue delay.
6. Prices, taxes, and currency
Prices are displayed in euros inclusive of VAT applicable in the Netherlands at the time of publication unless stated otherwise. For cross-border sales, VAT rules follow applicable EU or national law and may be recalculated at checkout. Delivery charges appear before you submit payment. Typographical price errors may be corrected before acceptance; if you already paid an incorrect amount, we notify you and offer cancellation or the correct price.
7. Payment
We accept payment methods shown during checkout. Payment is processed by regulated payment service providers under their terms. Chargebacks should be raised with your bank only after you attempt good-faith resolution with us. We may suspend fulfilment until payment authorisation clears.
8. Delivery, risk, and title
Delivery periods communicated on the site are estimates. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address supplied or to a carrier nominated by you. Title passes when we receive full payment. If delivery fails because of inaccurate information you provided, additional costs may be charged.
9. Import and export compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that importing Floravelle into your country is lawful. We may cancel orders when sanctions, embargoes, or product regulations prohibit shipment.
10. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers resident in the European Economic Area generally have a fourteen-day cooling-off period for distance contracts. Exceptions may apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once opened. Detailed instructions appear in the Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Legal guarantee
Consumers receive a legal conformity guarantee under Dutch law. If the product lacks conformity, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination depending on circumstances. Contact relations@kheflaxxnroz.world with photos and order references.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order unless damage results from intent, gross negligence, death, or personal injury. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits except where statute forbids such exclusions. Food supplements react differently per individual; we do not warrant specific outcomes.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, supply shortages, or failures of public infrastructure. If a force majeure event lasts more than thirty days, either party may terminate the affected order.
14. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, text, and layout elements on kheflaxxnroz.world belong to Kheflaxxnroz or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or frame content without prior written consent.
15. Communications and evidence
You consent to receive contract-related messages by email. Electronic records of orders stored in our systems constitute evidence of transactions unless you provide contrary proof.
16. Complaints handling
Submit complaints to relations@kheflaxxnroz.world with “Complaint” in the subject line. We acknowledge receipt within three business days and aim for a substantive response within fourteen days. Consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr; participation in alternative dispute resolution is voluntary unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would refer to another jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. The courts of Amsterdam have jurisdiction for business customers. Consumers may sue in Amsterdam or in the courts of their place of residence where EU law grants that option.
18. Amendments
We may update these Terms to reflect regulatory changes or commercial practices. The version published on kheflaxxnroz.world at the time of your order applies to that order. Material changes to future orders will be highlighted for a reasonable period.
19. Severability
If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force and the invalid clause is replaced by one that comes closest to the original intent.
