Return Policy

Last updated: 24 March 2026. This Return Policy supplements the Terms of Service and explains how consumers may exercise statutory rights and how we handle commercial returns for Floravelle products purchased via kheflaxxnroz.ddd.

1. Trader details

Returns and withdrawal notices should be directed to Kheflaxxnroz, Rokin 64A, 1012 KW Amsterdam, Netherlands, email relations@kheflaxxnroz.world, telephone +31 20 624 4331. Include your order number, full name, and whether you invoke the statutory cooling-off period or the legal guarantee.

2. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer under EU law, you have fourteen days from the day you acquire physical possession of Floravelle to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. If your order contains multiple lots shipped separately, the period starts when you receive the last lot.

3. Exceptions for hygiene-related goods

According to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery. Floravelle is supplied in sealed packaging. Opening the primary seal normally removes the withdrawal right unless the product is defective or not as described. If you are unsure, contact us before opening.

4. How to exercise the withdrawal

You may use the model withdrawal form below or send any unequivocal statement setting out your decision. Sending the communication before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

5. Return shipment and condition of goods

After withdrawal, return the goods to the address we provide without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you communicated your decision. You bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we agreed otherwise or we failed to inform you that you must bear those costs. Return products in substantially the same condition, with all accessories and documentation. We may reduce the refund to reflect diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.

6. Refunds following withdrawal

We reimburse all payments received, including outbound delivery costs at the least expensive standard rate if you chose a premium service we did not offer as default, without undue delay and in any case not later than fourteen days from receiving the returned goods or evidence that you shipped them, whichever is earlier. We use the same payment method you used unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of return.

7. Legal guarantee and defective products

Independent of the withdrawal right, consumers benefit from a legal conformity guarantee under Dutch law for at least two years from delivery in most cases. Notify us of lack of conformity within two months of discovery. We may request photographs, batch numbers, or return of the item for quality analysis. Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination depending on proportionality. If a product poses a safety risk, follow instructions we or the manufacturer issue.

8. Damaged or incorrect shipments

If the parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, photograph the outer box and contents and email relations@kheflaxxnroz.world within forty-eight hours of delivery where feasible. We arrange return labels or disposal instructions and cover reasonable return costs when we confirm responsibility.

9. Business customers

Unless a separate B2B agreement grants return rights, business purchasers may return stock only with our prior written approval and subject to restocking fees up to twenty percent when packaging is intact and shelf life remains acceptable. Custom-labelled batches are non-returnable unless defective.

10. Refund processing times

After we approve a refund, banks or card issuers may need several business days to post the credit. If you do not see the amount after ten business days, contact your payment provider with the ARN or reference we supply.

11. Chargebacks and friendly fraud

Initiating a payment dispute without first contacting us may delay investigation. We cooperate with processors and may provide shipment tracking to contest illegitimate chargebacks.

12. Personal data in returns

Return documentation may contain personal data processed under our Privacy Policy. We retain return records for the same periods as comparable order data unless law requires longer retention.

13. Updates

We may adjust this Return Policy to reflect regulatory guidance or logistics partners. The version dated at the top applies to orders placed after publication.
